Coral Coast Divers Cancellation& Refund Policy
At Coral Coast Divers, we strive to provide you with exceptional dive experiences and services. To ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of safety, we have established the following payment and cancellation policy:
- Payment Requirement
- To secure your dive reservation, full payment of the total cost is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation by Coral Coast Divers
- In the event that Coral Coast Divers must cancel a scheduled dive day for any reason, we will provide a full refund of your payment or offer the option to reschedule your dive to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation by Divers
- Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Dive:
- Divers who cancel their reservation at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled dive date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations Made 48 Hours to 7 Days Before the Dive:
- Divers who cancel their reservation between 48 hours and 7 days before the scheduled dive date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Dive:
- Divers who cancel their reservation less than 48 hours before the scheduled dive date will forfeit their payment, with no refund provided.
- Cancellations Made 7 Days or More Before the Dive:
- Late Cancellation or No-Show
- Cancellations or no-shows on the day of the dive will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
- Modification of Reservations
- We understand that plans may change. If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability.
- Weather and Safety Considerations
- The safety of our divers is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions or other safety concerns, Coral Coast Divers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule dives for the safety of all participants. In such cases, your payment will be fully refunded, or you may choose to reschedule.
- Cancellation of Second Dive
- Dive day rates are not billed per tank. The cost is for the full experience, staff, and trip. In the event that the second dive gets canceled due to unforeseen reasons, there is no refund for the second tank dive.
We highly recommend that all divers consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their dive plans.
